Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Siteskyline Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility
   
   • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal account for receiving payments.
   • You must provide accurate personal and payment information during sign-up.
   • Only Plugins and Hosting Are eligible for Comission.
2. Commission Structure
   
   • Affiliates earn a base commission of 30% on every sale made through their unique affiliate link.
   • Bonus Tiers:
     
     • Earn an additional 10% commission (total 40%) for achieving 100+ sales per month.
     • Earn a 50% commission per sale for exceeding 200 sales per month.
   • Sales are tracked monthly, and bonus tiers reset at the start of each calendar month.
3. Payout Terms
   
   • The minimum payout threshold is $100. Payments are not processed until this amount is reached.
   • Payments are cleared automatically after a 30-day pending period from the date of each sale to account for potential refunds.
   • Payments are made via PayPal to the email address provided in your affiliate account. Ensure your PayPal details are accurate to avoid delays.
   • If a customer requests a refund within 30 days, the associated commission will be canceled and deducted from your earnings.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
   
   • You are responsible for promoting Siteskyline products ethically and legally. Spamming, misleading advertising, or any form of unethical promotion is strictly prohibited.
   • You may not use your affiliate link to purchase products for yourself or related parties to earn commissions.
   • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including disclosing their affiliate relationship as required by local regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US).
5. Tracking and Reporting
   
   • Sales and commissions are tracked through your unique affiliate link and displayed in your affiliate dashboard.
   • It is your responsibility to ensure your link is working correctly and to report any tracking issues to us within 30 days of a sale.
6. Payment Clearance and Disputes
   
   • Payments are processed automatically once the $100 threshold is met and the 30-day clearance period has passed for all applicable sales.
   • Any disputes regarding commissions or payments must be raised within 60 days of the transaction date.
7. Program Modifications
   
   • Siteskyline reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program, commission rates, or terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
8. Termination
   
   • We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet our ethical standards.
   • Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the $100 threshold will be forfeited.
9. Liability
   
   • Siteskyline is not liable for lost commissions due to technical errors, incorrect PayPal details, or factors beyond our control.
