We reserve the right to modify, migrate, or upgrade the hosting environment, server infrastructure, or any technical configuration — including but not limited to IP addresses, server locations, data-centre providers, and network configurations — at any time and at our sole discretion, as required for security, performance, capacity management, or any other operational reason.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant infrastructure changes by sending written communication (including email) to your registered contact address. Such notification may be issued concurrently with or immediately following the change where prior notice is not operationally practicable — for example, in the case of emergency maintenance, security incidents, or urgent provider migrations.

We shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, disruption, downtime, propagation delay, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from a change to the hosting environment, including any change to assigned IP addresses. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your own DNS records, firewall rules, third-party integrations, and client configurations are updated promptly following any such notification.

Where you use our services in a reseller or white-label capacity, you acknowledge that IP address changes and server migrations may require you to update records on behalf of your own end-users. SiteSkyline accepts no responsibility for any downstream impact on your clients resulting from infrastructure changes made in accordance with these terms.

We strongly recommend that you maintain low DNS TTL (Time-To-Live) values, subscribe to our official status and notification channels, and ensure your registered contact email address is kept accurate and up to date in your account settings so that infrastructure notifications are received promptly.
