At Siteskyline, we stand behind our products and services to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the refund procedures and terms for both our Web Hosting Services and WordPress Plugins.
1. Web Hosting Refund Policy
Hosting refunds are applicable only for hosting services canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription (for plans over 6 months).
To be eligible for a hosting refund, you must have a valid reason, including:
- Destek ekibimiz tarafından çözülemeyen teknik sorunlar.
- Hizmet reklamı yapılan spesifikasyonları karşılamıyor.
- Hizmetin uzun bir süre boyunca kullanılamaması.
Hosting Exclusions
Monthly packages, Domain registrations, and Renewed hosting services are strictly non-refundable.
2. WordPress Plugin Refund Policy
Plugin purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a plugin refund, you must meet all of the following terms:
- You submitted a support ticket and allowed our technical team an opportunity to resolve any plugin issues.
- You agree to completely deactivate, uninstall, and delete the plugin files upon receiving your refund.
Anti-Loophole & Abuse Prevention
Our 14-day plugin guarantee applies only to initial purchases. Plugin renewals, license upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable. Re-purchasing a plugin after previously refunding it renders the second purchase non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of suspected exploitation, code scraping, or fraud.
