- An active Google Gemini API key if you want to use AI‑powered features (content optimization, internal linking, schema generation, etc.).
- Admin access to your WordPress site (the plugin’s settings and tools are located under the SkySEOManager menu).
Dica: Keep your API key handy – you’ll need it during the initial setup.

- Clique em Carregar plug-in and choose the SkySEOManager zip file, or search for “SkySEOManager” in the plugin directory.

If you’re coming from another SEO plugin (for example, Yoast, Rank Math, or AIOSEO), you can import your existing metadata. Select the plugin you want to import from and click the import button. Progress is shown on screen. You can skip this step if you’re starting fresh.
Step 2 – Choose enabled features
A grid of available features is displayed. Toggle each one on or off to decide which tools appear in your SkySEOManager menu. For example, you can turn on the Editor em massa, Automation, Vinculação interna, GEO, and many more. Click the “Save” button when you’re done (you can change these later from the Dashboard).

Editor em massa
O que isso faz
The Bulk Editor gives you a spreadsheet-like view where you can edit SEO metadata for multiple posts, pages, or taxonomies at once. You can quickly update titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords, and featured images without opening each item individually. It also includes SEO filters, AI-powered generation, a missing-data-only mode, and pagination to help you work efficiently.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEOManager e abra o Edição em massa guia.
- Use o Post Type selector to choose the type of content you want to edit (posts, pages, or a taxonomy with SEO enabled).
- Optionally, apply an SEO filter to narrow down items that need attention (e.g., missing titles, descriptions, or low scores).
- The table displays each item as a row with editable fields for title, meta description, focus keyword, and featured image.
- Make your changes directly in the fields—changes are saved automatically when you move to another field.
- To perform batch actions, check the boxes next to the rows you want to include.
- Clique em AI Optimize Selected to generate or improve SEO content for the checked items. You can also click the Optimize button in any individual row.
- If you only want the AI to fill empty fields, turn on Only add missing data before clicking AI Optimize.
- Use o Per Page setting to control how many items appear on each page (20–100), and navigate between pages using the pagination controls.

| Post Language | Optional language code to use for AI output. |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Use SEO filters to focus your work – Start by filtering for items with missing titles or descriptions. This helps you quickly find and fix the most critical SEO gaps.
- Enable "Only add missing data" for safe batch generation – If you’ve already written good content, turn on this option so the AI only fills in blank fields, leaving your existing work unchanged.
- Work in manageable batches – Adjust the Per Page setting to a comfortable number (e.g., 50) so you can review and edit items without scrolling too much. Use pagination to work through larger sets at your own pace.
- Leverage AI optimization for repetitive tasks – When you have many items with similar content, check multiple rows and use AI Optimize Selected to generate consistent, high-quality metadata in one go.
Automation Queue
O que isso faz
The Automation Queue lets you schedule background AI optimization runs that process your content in batches. You can choose which types of content to optimize and set the optimization scope. The queue runs automatically via the WordPress cron system, and you can start, pause, or reset it while watching live progress and reviewing detailed run logs.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEOManager > Automation.
- Set your preferences using the available settings (frequency, content types, and scope).
- Clique em Start Automation Queue para começar o processamento.
- Watch the progress bar and live stats to see how the queue is progressing.
- If you need to stop temporarily, click Pause Queue. To reset the queue and start over, click Redefinir fila.

| Content Types to Optimize | Which post types and taxonomies are included in the optimization. |
| What Should Be Optimized | The scope of the optimization: missing any, missing title, missing description, or all. |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Start by optimizing only items that are missing titles or descriptions to see quick improvements before running a full optimization.
- Keep an eye on the progress bar and live stats after starting the queue so you know it’s running smoothly.
- Use o Pausa e Reset buttons if you need to adjust your settings or halt processing for any reason.
- Regularly check the run logs to confirm that your content is being optimized as expected.
Vinculação interna de IA semântica
O que isso faz
This feature builds a semantic content index using vector embeddings, then runs AI-powered internal linking to discover and apply contextual link opportunities across your posts. It supports resumable batches, provides a link graph mindmap for visualization, and maintains an activity trail so you can review, apply, or undo suggestions.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEOManager > Internal Linking guia.
- (Optional) Adjust the settings under Configurações e opções to match your preferences (post types, max links per post, candidate pool size).
- Clique em Build Semantic Index to generate vector embeddings for all content. This step prepares your site for linking analysis.
- Once indexing is complete, click Start Internal Linking Run to begin finding contextual link opportunities.
- Monitor progress using the Estado indicator. You can Pause / Resume the run at any time, or click Reset run to start over.
- After processing, review the Recent Activity table to see suggested links.
- For any suggestion, click Aplicar to insert the link, or Delete/Undo to remove or revert an applied suggestion.
- To see the full picture of how your content is connected, open the mindmap visualization.
- For a single post, use the Editor Internal Linking feature from the post editor to see and manage links for that specific page.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| Post types to process | Which post types are included in indexing and linking analysis. |
| Max links per post | The maximum number of internal links to insert per post (range: 1–10). |
| Candidate pool size | The number of candidate results considered per post when finding link opportunities (range: 5–20). |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Build the index first – Always run Build Semantic Index before starting a linking run. This ensures the AI has a complete map of your content.
- Check the Recent Activity table regularly – Suggestions appear there as the run progresses. You can apply or ignore them immediately without waiting for the run to finish.
- Use the mindmap to spot gaps – The link graph visualization helps you see which posts are well-connected and which might need more internal links.
- Adjust candidate pool size for larger sites – If your site has many posts, a larger candidate pool (e.g., 15–20) can uncover better link suggestions, but may increase processing time.
AI Schema Builder
O que isso faz
The AI Schema Builder automatically scans your content and generates structured data markup (Schema.org types like FAQPage, HowTo, and Recipe) using artificial intelligence. It creates candidate schema snippets that you can approve or reject, and once approved, the valid JSON‑LD code is added to the head of the page for search engines.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEO Manager > AI Schema Builder guia.
- Sob Post types to process, select the content types you want to scan (e.g., posts, pages, custom post types).
- Clique em Start AI Schema Generation to begin scanning the selected post types.
- The system will analyze each post for text that matches FAQ, HowTo, or Recipe patterns.
- Monitor the generation queue: you can Pausa, Retomar, ou Reset the queue at any time.
- After scanning, review the candidate schemas listed for each post.
- To accept a schema, click Approve.
- To discard a schema, click Reject.
- If a previously approved schema is no longer correct, use Revoke to remove it from the frontend.
- To see the complete history and status of every schema, view the Schema history seção.
- You can also analyze a single post directly from the post editor – look for the AI Schema Builder option in the editor sidebar.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| Post types to process | Which post types are scanned for automatic schema generation |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Start small – Begin with one post type (e.g., “Posts”) to see how the AI performs before enabling all types.
- Review each candidate – AI suggestions are high quality but still benefit from a quick manual check to ensure accuracy and enforce your brand voice.
- Revoke outdated schemas – If you update content after a schema has been approved, revoke the old schema and run a new scan to keep structured data current.
- Use the single‑post analysis – For important pages like landing pages or unique posts, trigger a scan from the editor to get schema markup without waiting for a full site scan.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
O que isso faz
This feature helps you analyze your pages to see if they are ready to be cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. It uses a hybrid analysis (on-device scanning combined with AI) to evaluate your content across 20 readiness factors, then shows pass/fail scores along with actionable suggestions for improvement.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEOManager e abra o GEO guia.
- No Tipos de postagem setting, choose which types of content you want to analyze (these are the post types that are enabled in your SEO Box settings).
- Clique em Start Full Site Analysis to begin scanning your pages.
- While the scan is running, you can use Pausa ou Retomar to control the process.
- Once the analysis is complete, review the factor breakdown table. Click Visualizar on any result to open a detailed modal that shows pass/fail status for each factor.
- For individual posts, you can also run a GEO analysis directly from the post editor.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| Tipos de postagem | Which post types to include in the analysis (based on the types enabled in your SEO Box) |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Focus on factors that receive a fail score—each comes with a specific fix suggestion to help improve your content's AI citation readiness.
- Run a full site analysis periodically to keep your content adapted as AI answer engines evolve.
- Before publishing new content, use the single‑post analysis from the editor to check its GEO readiness early.
- Pay special attention to factors like Topic Match, Freshness, Evidence, e Comparisons, as these often influence whether AI engines reference your content.

- Be selective with noindex/nofollow – Only apply noindex or nofollow to archives or content that truly doesn’t need to be indexed (e.g., tag pages, internal search results) to avoid harming your site’s overall search presence.

- Focus on one primary keyword – Use a single, well‑researched focus keyword per post to keep your content tightly targeted. Adding too many can dilute the page’s relevance.
- Monitor SEO title and meta description length – The character counts and length scores help you stay within search engine display limits. Aim for titles under 60 characters and descriptions around 155–160 characters.
- Leverage the live SERP preview – As you edit the SEO title and description, the preview updates instantly. Use this to test how your listing will look before publishing.
- Customise social media previews – Set distinct OG and Twitter fields for each post to control the image, title, and description shown when your content is shared – this can improve click‑through rates on social platforms.

If you use TranslatePress, multilingual variants are automatically generated. Your sitemap is available at /sitemap.xml.

- Let TranslatePress handle multilingual sitemaps – If you have the TranslatePress plugin active, the sitemap will include language-specific entries automatically.

HTML Sitemap Shortcode
O que isso faz
The HTML Sitemap Shortcode lets you display a plain, unstyled list of links to all your public posts and pages on any page of your site. This helps visitors navigate your content and improves your site’s overall user experience.
Como usá-lo
- Edit a page or post – Open the editor for the page where you want the sitemap to appear (e.g., a dedicated “Sitemap” page).
- Insert the shortcode – Place the shortcode
[skyseo_html_sitemap]exactly as shown into the content area. You can put it anywhere within the page content. - Publish or update – Save your changes by publishing the page or updating an existing one.

Configurações e opções
There are no configurable settings for this feature. It works out of the box with no additional options.
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| — | — |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Add a dedicated sitemap page – Create a page titled “Sitemap” and place the shortcode there so visitors can easily find it.
- Style the list – The sitemap is intentionally unstyled to blend into your theme. Add a few lines of custom CSS to match your site’s design, such as adjusting list spacing or adding a border.
- Custom post types are included automatically – If you use custom post types, they will appear in the sitemap without any extra setup.
- Combine with an XML sitemap – While this shortcode is for human visitors, you can use a separate XML sitemap feature for search engines.

- To check your robots.txt against SEO recommendations, click Analyze with AI. Review the analysis results and suggestions.
- When you’re done, click Save robots.txt para aplicar suas alterações.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| Enable Custom Robots.txt | Override the default WordPress robots.txt with your custom rules |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Turn on the custom setting to take full control of your robots.txt. Without it, WordPress generates a default file that may not suit your site.
- Use the AI analysis after making changes. It can catch common issues like missing sitemaps or accidentally blocking important content.
- Keep your robots.txt up‑to‑date whenever you add or remove large sections of your site (e.g., new directories, plugins, or content types).
- Leverage both editors – the visual builder is great for quick rule creation, while the raw editor gives you full control for advanced directives. They stay in sync, so you can switch back and forth freely.

Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Always copy and paste the verification code or ID exactly as provided by the service — even small typos can cause verification to fail.
- Only enter the code or ID itself, not the full HTML meta tag wrapper (the system adds the necessary markup automatically).
- Para o Custom Webmaster Tags field, ensure each entry is a properly formed
tag (e.g.,) and place only one tag per line. - After saving, use the verification tool inside Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, or the respective service to confirm the tags are correctly installed on your site.
IndexNow Protocol Integration
O que isso faz
This feature automatically notifies IndexNow-compatible search engines (Bing, Yandex, and others) whenever your content is published, updated, or trashed. It also lets you manually submit individual URLs and handles the generation and serving of the required API key file.
Como usá-lo
- Vá a SkySEOManager e abra o IndexNow tab (located under the Site Configuration group).
- Review the auto‑generated API key and its location URL to confirm everything is set up.
- To manually submit a URL, type it into the Manual URL Submission field and click Submit URL.
- The system will also automatically submit URLs whenever you publish, update, or trash any content—no extra steps are needed.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| IndexNow API Key | Displays the auto‑generated key used by search engines to verify your site (read‑only). |
| Key Location | Shows the URL where the API key file is served (read‑only). |
| Manual URL Submission | Input field where you can enter a single URL to submit to IndexNow instantly. |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Check your key location – Ensure the API key file is publicly accessible at the displayed URL; otherwise, search engines may not verify your submissions.
- Use manual submission for one‑off updates – If you modify a URL that wasn’t automatically tracked (e.g., a static page), submit it manually to speed up indexing.
- Let automation handle most changes – For normal posts and pages, the automatic submission on publish, update, or trash is sufficient—no need to resubmit manually.
- Verify search engine compatibility – Confirm that the search engines you want (Bing, Yandex, etc.) support the IndexNow protocol and have your site registered.

Alertas de e-mail 404
O que isso faz
Get notified by email when 404 errors occur on your site. You can choose exactly who receives alerts, how often they’re sent, and what the alert messages look like. The feature also lets you set a minimum number of hits before triggering an alert and test that your email configuration works.
Como usá-lo
- Navegue até SkySEOManager > Monitor 404 tab and expand the 404 Settings seção.
- Ligue o Email Alerts Enabled alternar.
- Enter the email address where you want alerts sent in the Recipient Email Address campo.
- Choose your preferred Alert Frequency:
- Immediate – An email is sent as soon as the threshold is met.
- Hourly – Alerts are batched and sent once per hour.
- Daily – A daily digest of 404 events is sent.
- Defina o Minimum Hits Threshold (the number of 404 hits required before an alert is sent).
- If desired, configure the Alert Threshold Hours (the time window in which those hits are counted).
- Optionally, customize the Subject Template e Body Template for your alert emails.
- Under the SMTP settings, enter your outgoing mail server details (host, port, username, password, encryption).
- Clique em Send Test Email to verify everything is set up correctly.
- Once confirmed, the system will automatically send alerts based on your configuration.
Configurações e opções
| Contexto | O que ele controla |
|---|---|
| Email Alerts Enabled | Turns 404 email notifications on or off. |
| Recipient Email Address | The email address that will receive the alerts. |
| Alert Frequency | How often alerts are sent: immediate, hourly, or daily. |
| Minimum Hits Threshold | The minimum number of 404 hits needed to trigger an alert. |
| Alert Threshold Hours | The time window (in hours) during which the hits are counted against the threshold. |
| Alert on New 404 | Sends an alert each time a brand-new, unique 404 URL is detected. |
| Subject Template | Customizes the subject line of the alert email. |
| Body Template | Customizes the body/content of the alert email. |
Dicas e práticas recomendadas
- Start with a reasonable threshold: Begin with a minimum hits threshold of 3–5 to avoid getting overwhelmed by occasional 404s. Adjust up or down as you see the volume of real errors versus noise.
- Test your email setup: Always use the Send Test Email button after entering your SMTP and recipient settings. This ensures your mail server is correctly configured and that alerts will actually reach you.
- Use immediate frequency for critical pages: For high-value pages (e.g., checkout, login), set the frequency to “Immediate” so you can react quickly. For less critical content, hourly or daily digests are more manageable.
- Customize templates for clarity: Use the subject and body templates to include information like the 404 URL, referrer, and timestamp. This lets you triage errors directly from your inbox without logging into the dashboard.
