Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for hosting services that are canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription.
Refunds are only applicable for hosting services that are over a 6-month limit. If you purchase a monthly package, you are not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must also have a valid reason for the refund. Valid reasons for refunds include:
Technical difficulties that cannot be resolved by our support team
Service not meeting advertised specifications
Service not being available for an extended period of time
Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will evaluate your refund request and will require the following information to process the refund:
Your account information
Reason for the refund request
Date of purchase
Any supporting documentation
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Limitations
Refunds are only applicable for hosting services that are over a 6-month limit. Monthly packages are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
