Refunds are only applicable for hosting services that are canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription and are over a 6-month limit.

To be eligible, you must have a valid reason, including:

  • Technical difficulties that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Service not meeting advertised specifications.
  • Service being unavailable for an extended period of time.
